Coach Monique Lampkin whose name (etymology) means “advisor and wise counselor”. A native of Houston, Texas, however her influence and reach expands abroad. A leader who has helped people from all walks of life in a selfless manner.
Due to many real-life experiences, whether bad or good, there is an astute level of knowledge and wisdom that she possesses beyond her time. People have inquired of her for guidance over the years. Monique has a “old soul” led by holy spirit in serving people through action, information, insight and oversight. Simply a well-rounded person who relates to others well regardless of their socio-economic status. A pure heart, genuine, empathetic and considerate of the needs of others. Other adjectives to describe are motivators encourager, thinker outside the box, strategist, solutionist, direct truth bearer and loyal. Surprisingly she is an introvert, but truly loves people.
God has bestowed upon her many gifts, skills and talents. She has worked over 35 years employed in the fields (spaces) in the public and private sectors of Information Technology, Oil & Gas, Energy, Financial Services, Manufacturing. In addition, she has specialized training and experience in Business Ethics, Customer Services, Education, Hospitality, Safety/Disaster Recovery Emergency Preparedness, Social Responsibility, Mental Health, Conflict Resolution, Human Resources and a plethora of other fields. Monique is bi vocational which means she performs in two roles. A scholar who possesses a Bachelor of Science in Degree in Technology (University of Houston) major Industrial Supervision and minor Training in Development. Also, a Master of Arts Degree in Theology (Houston Graduate School of Theology). A gifted teacher by nature early as the age of 8 years old she was tutoring the neighborhood kids for $20. Influenced by her father a decorated Vietnam War Veteran and business owner for as long as she can remember encouraged her to be Self Sufficient which she learned after after being laid off in the workforce in 2015. Simply she had no choice but to make a pivotal shift to become an entrepreneur. Her mother, a retired Educator taught in the public school system. The DNA traits of both parents are part of persona as the oldest, only female as a sibling. She has two brothers, is an aunt, mother, mother-in-law and grandmother of three who understands the critical need of healthy families.
Her hobbies are reading, writing, research, genealogy, shopping (debt free) travel, exercise, singing, dancing, watching movies, YOUTUBE, studying history, a foodie which has to be done in moderation, entertaining, hosting events, public speaking, culture. Her favorite colors range from purple, gold, orange, teal, pinks. Although reserved in her temperament she has a unique sense of humor. People tease Monique because she always loves going to the US Post Office to send cards, notes and letters to people, often times many are strangers to send encouragement.
She has contributed countless hours of community service whether giving her talent and resources through servanthood. Monique has been affiliated with several organizations and is a Distinguished Toastmaster. She enjoys working with youth by preparing them to be the next generation of integral citizens and leaders.
The UPGRADE SERVICES allows her to help people in their spirits, soul, body, finances (holistically). She abhors (hates) evil, ignorance, injustice, oppression and is a catalyst in the earth realm to invoke positive change. Her ultimate desire is to please God and fulfill her assignments on earth.
